Next Steps
If LDDS positive: perform abdominal ultrasound to evaluate adrenal glands. If 4h suppression pattern (PDH): consider trilostane or mitotane therapy, or pituitary imaging. If no suppression: consider CT abdomen for adrenal mass. Recheck in 4–6 weeks post-treatment initiation.
